Bridge Street Food Truck Rodeo

  • Join us for Danville’ second food truck rodeo! We'll be spreading out and using a little more of Bridge St. Park in the parking deck and just across the street!

Bright Leaf Brew Fest

  • The 10th annual Bright Leaf Brew Fest is just around the corner. Join us for a day of fun with a thousand of your closest friends on November 11th from 3pm - 8:30pm at Community Market located in Danville's River District. Sample from over 100 different beers, enjoy live music and eat some delicious food.
    Last year the event sold out and organizers are expecting an earlier sell-out this year. Tickets are on sale now! Don't hesitate to purchase your tickets soon! This is a 21 and over event. You must show your ID for entrance to the event.

Holiday Bazaar

  • A tradition that keeps getting bigger and better each year! Visit the Holiday Bazaar and see what Danville crafters, bakers, and artisans have to offer. Select from unique one of a kind artwork, crafts and more! Baked goods will also be available, great to purchase and use at an upcoming family holiday event! This the event will feature over 90 vendors! All items for this event are at least 75% homemade!

Monster FX Show

  • Chatham, Virginia get ready for raw horsepower! “Monster FMX” slams into the Olde Dominion Agricultural Complex Friday and Saturday, November  17th and 18th. Monster maniacs, get ready for three monster shows! See 10,000 pound mega-powered monster jam monster trucks battle in wheelie, side by side racing and amazing freestyle competition. You’ve seen them on tv, now see them jump into reality! See pro fmx freestyle motocross jumpers fly over three stories into the air doing outrageous tricks and back flips. Only one will ride away with the “fmx superman jam” title. Take a ride on the wild side in a real monster truck. Plus, see the trucks up close and meet the drivers on the main floor before the war at the pre-event pit party!

Buddy tells the story of Buddy Holly through his short yet spectacular career, and features the classic songs "Peggy Sue," "That'll Be The Day," "Not Fade Away," "Oh Boy," Ritchie Valens' "La Bamba," The Big Bopper's "Chantilly Lace" and many more!
