Coates Bark Park
Coates Bark Park is a playground for dogs and one of the few places in the city where your dog can enjoy themselves without being leashed. Located behind Coates Recreation Center off Westover Drive, the dog park includes separate areas for large and small breeds and dog-friendly amenities including a doggie water fountain.

Membership Fees:
Yearly Membership (Per household, up to two dogs) $20, $5 additional dog
Visitor Pass (48-Hour Access) $5
Membership Information:
Memberships can be purchased at the City Auditorium, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Registration Requirements:
Dog owner purchasing membership must be at least 16 years old.
Male dogs over one year must be neutered.
Dogs must be at least six months old.
Dog owner must provide proof of animal registration with dog tag number from city / county residence.
Dog owner must provide current “Certificate of Vaccination” documenting immunizations with expiration dates for rabies and Bordetella. Distemper and Parvovirus vaccinations are strongly suggested.
